Tickets & VIP Access

IMPRINT operates two primary visitor phases:

  • Exclusive Preview | 28 October

  • Public Fair | 29 October – 1 November

Ticket allocations are designed to support meaningful collector engagement while maintaining the quality and pace of the Preview.

Ticket Allocation

Each exhibiting gallery will receive:

  • Exclusive Preview | 30 iNVITATIONS

    These are intended for priority collectors, institutional contacts, and key clients. Preview capacity is limited to ensure a focused and high-quality environment for acquisition and conversation.

  • General Admission | 50 complimentary tickets

    These may be distributed to broader client networks, emerging collectors, and extended contacts. Additional tickets may be requested, subject to availability.

Best Practice for Inviting Clients

The Exclusive Preview should be treated as a strategic moment.

We recommend galleries:

  • Prioritise serious collectors and decision-makers

  • Avoid over-inviting speculative or low-engagement contacts

  • Personally follow up with key clients in advance

  • Offer specific viewing suggestions or works to see

  • Arrange timed meetings where possible

A considered invitation approach increases the likelihood of meaningful engagement and sales.

During the Fair

Galleries are encouraged to:

  • Confirm attendance with invited collectors

  • Provide advance images or previews of key works

  • Use the Preview period for focused conversations

  • Inform the IMPRINT team of attending VIPs where additional hosting support may be appropriate
