These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Imprint Art Fair website and participation in events, ticket purchases, applications, memberships and related services provided by Imprint Art Fair Ltd (“Imprint”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By accessing this website, purchasing tickets, applying to exhibit, submitting to the Artist Open Call, joining membership, or otherwise engaging with Imprint, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the website or services.

You agree to use this website responsibly and lawfully.

You must not:

Ticket Purchases

Tickets for Imprint Art Fair are sold through our ticketing partner, ARTSVP, and are subject to availability.

Tickets are normally delivered electronically.

Please check booking details carefully at the time of purchase, as mistakes cannot always be corrected.

Imprint reserves the right to:

  • cancel invalid or duplicated tickets

  • refuse entry where tickets cannot be electronically validated

  • restrict ticket quantities per transaction where necessary

Ticket prices may change over time, but pricing is fixed at the point of booking.

Offers or discounts cannot be applied retrospectively.

In the unlikely event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to correct the error and offer purchasers the option to reconfirm or cancel their booking with a full refund.

Ticket Transfers & Resale

Tickets are intended for personal use and may not be resold for commercial gain without prior written permission.

Imprint reserves the right to refuse entry or cancel tickets where resale activity, fraud or misuse is suspected.

Where possible, tickets may be transferred to another attendee. Please contact us if you require assistance.

Event Admission

Imprint reserves the right to refuse admission or request attendees leave the fair where behaviour is:

  • abusive

  • threatening

  • discriminatory

  • unsafe

  • disruptive to visitors, exhibitors, artists or staff

Visitors may also be refused entry where capacity, safety or operational requirements demand.

No refund obligation arises where removal occurs due to misconduct.

Event Changes & Cancellation

Imprint reserves the right to amend programming, exhibitors, schedules, demonstrations, talks, speakers or venue arrangements where reasonably necessary.

While we aim to communicate significant updates wherever possible, visitors are encouraged to check our website prior to travelling.

In the event that the fair is cancelled or significantly rescheduled, ticket holders will be contacted using the details provided at booking.

Imprint Art Fair Ltd is not responsible for travel, accommodation or hospitality costs incurred in relation to attendance, postponement or cancellation.

Photography & Filming

Photography, filming and recording may take place during the fair.

By attending Imprint Art Fair, visitors acknowledge they may appear incidentally in imagery used for:

  • marketing

  • press

  • social media

  • website content

  • editorial purposes

  • future promotional materials

If you have concerns regarding imagery, please speak with staff during your visit or contact us in advance.

Commercial filming or professional photography requires prior written permission from Imprint.

Artist Open Call

Application Fees

Artist Open Call submission fees are non-refundable, including where an application is unsuccessful.

Submission fees cover administration and review costs.

Selection Process

Submission does not guarantee selection.

All decisions relating to selection are final.

Imprint reserves the right to determine eligibility, suitability and curatorial fit.

Submitted Materials

By submitting work, artists confirm they:

  • own or control relevant rights

  • have authority to submit the work

  • have permission to share images and materials

Artists grant Imprint a non-exclusive right to use submitted materials for:

  • selection

  • marketing

  • press

  • digital listings

  • social media

  • event communications

Copyright remains with the artist.

Gallery Applications & Exhibitor Participation

Submitting an enquiry or application does not guarantee participation.

Imprint reserves discretion regarding exhibitor selection and fair composition.

Where exhibitors are accepted:

  • booth agreements may apply

  • deposits may be required

  • payment schedules may be issued

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Deposits are non-refundable.

This reflects event planning, curation, venue and operational commitments.

Artist Membership

Where Artist Membership is offered:

  • memberships may be cancelled by members

  • benefits may vary over time

  • some events or opportunities may remain subject to availability

Membership fees already paid are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

Imprint reserves the right to amend membership benefits where reasonably necessary.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, website content belongs to Imprint Art Fair or relevant rights holders.

This includes:

  • text

  • branding

  • logos

  • imagery

  • graphics

  • website design

  • editorial content

No content may be reproduced, copied or distributed without permission.

Artwork copyright remains with the relevant artist or rights holder.

External Links

Our website may contain links to external websites.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, services or content.

Accessing external links is done at your own discretion.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Imprint Art Fair Ltd shall not be liable for:

  • indirect loss

  • loss arising from website downtime

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Personal Belongings

Visitors attend at their own risk.

  • unattended items

Visitors are encouraged to supervise personal possessions at all times.
