Delivery, Setup & Takedown
Strict adherence to the scheduled access times is required to ensure a safe and orderly installation.
The venue is RHS Lawrence Hall, . All deliveries and collections must comply with venue access restrictions.
Delivery & Installation
Delivery Window
Tuesday 26 October
All works must arrive within the allocated delivery window. Early arrivals cannot be accepted.
All deliveries must be clearly labelled with:
IMPRINT
Gallery name
Booth number
Contact mobile number
Unlabelled works may be delayed or refused.
Installation
Installation takes place on Tuesday 26 October.
All booths must be fully installed and presentation-ready by Wednesday 28 October | 14.00.
Galleries are responsible for:
Installing and hanging their own works
Providing appropriate fixings
Ensuring safe installation practices
Removing all packaging materials
No works may be left leaning or unsecured overnight.
Courier Access
Couriers must adhere to allocated unloading times and venue instructions. Galleries are responsible for communicating access instructions to their couriers.

Late courier arrivals
Missed delivery windows
Unattended shipments
Takedown
Sunday 01 November | 16:00 – 19:00
Takedown begins strictly at 16:00 following the close of the fair.
No works may be removed before this time.
All works must be:
Safely packed
Clearly labelled for return
Collected within the takedown window
Galleries must remove all packaging materials and waste from the venue.
Items left after 19:00 may incur storage or handling charges.
Best Practice
To ensure a smooth process:
Pre-book couriers with confirmed collection times
Bring sufficient packing materials
Assign adequate staff for installation and de-installation
Confirm booth condition before departure
Please Note: The installation and takedown schedule is tightly managed to ensure venue compliance and safety.
Failure to adhere to access times or venue regulations may affect participation in future editions.
