Yvette Blumberg’s process is grounded in her architectural background, often being a starting point for her work. Buildings and landscapes take on a new representation; through printmaking they are abstracted, losing their physical presence and becoming two dimensional in tone and form. She uses methods of etching, photogravure, photo etching,monoprinting and screen printing employing layering of textures and tonal variations .
Her work has been selected and shown in the RA Summer Exhibition 2015, 2019, 2022, 2024 and currently in 2026, Small but Mighty at RE Bankside and RWA Bristol to name a few.
