Henry Hagger
Henry Hagger enjoys the freedom of working in a wide range of media. Using a variety of printmaking techniques, his current focus is on celebrating the beauty of ancient cathedrals, minsters, abbeys and churches. He hopes to encourage the viewer to marvel at this priceless legacy, and to remember the skilled craftsmen who made these irreplaceable buildings.
Henry studied with the late Peter Freeth R.A, R.E, the late Peter Green O.B.E, R.E. and Colin Gale R.E.
He has exhibited widely; The Royal Academy, the Royal Scottish Academy, the Whitechapel, the Serpentine, the Bankside, The Mall galleries, Bath Open, Wells Contemporary, Woolwich Contemporary Print Fair.
And shown with : The Royal Society of Painter-Printmakers, the Royal Society of Marine Painters, the New English Art Club, the Royal Watercolour Society, the Royal Institute of British Architects, the Pastel Society, the Society of Graphic Fine Art, the Royal Society of British Artists.
