Daisy’s work is first and foremost about women and the female experience. Daisy is interested in themes of body image, nature, folklore, the surreal and gender stereotypes and sexuality which all feed into her work. She works across media often working with a mix of printmaking techniques and painting. Working with watercolour in an expressive and painterly way to create dreamlike often humorous portraits of women. The women in Daisy's paintings are usually glimpsing to the side, this may represent a side eye, suspicion or a roll of the eye. They are usually disappointed about something. Mostly about the state of the world.
Daisy has previously exhibited at Woolwich Contemporary Print Fair 2018, 2021, 2023 and showed 6 pieces with Art school Prints in 2024. In 2021 she won the Slaughterhouse printmaking prize. Daisy has 9 pieces in the Soho house collection and in many private collections across the UK, Europe and USA and has exhibited at the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition 2023 and 2026.
