Angela Crosti
Angela Crosti is a London-based photographic artist and printmaker.
Her work explores human relationships, landscape, and the sense of place, often rooted in the domestic sphere. Informed by personal reflection as well as literature, philosophy, and poetry, her practice is grounded in a slow, process-led approach. Working with analogue processes and photopolymer gravure, she investigates the expressive and material possibilities of the medium.
Her photopolymer gravures are intimate, closely framed prints from her negatives, where the image becomes a tactile object to breathe and exist in space, taking on a new form. Meaning is carried as much by material as by subject. Within this interaction, she seeks to create spaces of stillness where the viewer can pause, reflect, and connect on a personal level.
Angela holds a BA (Hons) First Class in Photography from the University of Westminster, following an MA in Economics.
Her work has been exhibited internationally. She was a finalist at La Forma del Ritratto (2026), Small But Mighty (2025 and 2024), Woolwich The Director’s Cut (2025), PhotoFrome Festival (2025), Bath Festival of the Arts (2025), International Original ArtPrint (2024). She was also shortlisted for the Royal Photographic Society IPE 165 and the AOP Talent Awards (2023).
