Duncan Montgomery is a printmaker from the North-East of England, now based in London, who uses figurative wood engraving and colour woodcut to explore antiquarian subjects. His prints have been shown at the RA Summer Exhibition; at annual exhibitions of the Society of Wood Engravers; at the Royal Society of Printmakers' 'Small But Mighty' exhibition; and at Woolwich Contemporary Print Fair in previous years. He has worked as a freelance illustrator for Faber & Faber and several fine press publishers in the UK, including most recently Nomad Letterpress.
