Since retiring Chris studied printmaking and lived in Mexico and Germany before setting up a print workshop in West Sussex. His work covers two disciplines of printmaking, woodcuts and etchings. An extensive use of both photography and drawing informs his work. Subjects vary from both human interaction in city life and the natural Environment where he lives.
His observations of the urban life are often seen with a gentle humour and constant sketching forms the basis of every graphic idea interpreted into print.
